Finding Balance
When events like this COVID-19 pandemic come around, we have the opportunity to see the bigger picture of healing that we can activate. In our present lives, we may not see the action that we take for the better good. At this time, we can choose to help others, to bring a lightness to daily events by bringing humor, being positive and by taking opportunities to help others with basics. We get to see that we can make a difference by how we interact in the world by not spreading fear and taking precautions to boost the immune system.
People can get triggered emotionally due to fears that are out of balance with what is actually happening. Yes, in Toronto, there are some cases of the virus. To put this in perspective, we are a city of about 4 million people. At the time of this writing, there are less than 250 confirmed cases here. Odds are that we may not actually meet anyone who is visibly affected by the virus. This doesn’t mean we should be careless and irresponsible: washing hands and complying with the social distancing guidelines are the correct responses. However, one thing they are not publicizing enough is how many people worldwide have had the virus and are now recovered. We are just told the total cases including those who have healed.
So why would we go to the store and take items until there is nothing left on the shelves? The events, since they are worldwide, can trigger past life traumas of plagues, emergencies and food shortages. We get triggered since our cellular memory has the past awareness.
This is like people who are afraid of the water due to events in this life or past lives with water. If we know we are triggered versus being in danger in the present moment, it can take away the intensity and help us calm and balance our concern about the water.
Apply that now to the virus situation. I know many people are triggered by lifetimes of having a food shortage. Many people already have lots of food in their home. They go out and get much more than they need just because!
This happened with toilet paper in some areas. People were even thinking of hoarding essentials then selling them at a higher price. There was a post on Facebook last week that said: “I have toilet paper and toothpaste and will trade for a cottage in Huntsville!” So, perspective can bring humor!
Realize that we have the opportunity to heal this cellular memory by choosing to stay calm and positive, even when we see other people reacting in fear and panic. We are busy imprinting a positive outcome to this global pandemic within our cells.
Use this situation as a learning experience. Understand more about yourself and what you need. Notice the healing you experience, take more care of yourself going forward.
Here are my recommendations of supplements:
- Vitamin D3 1000iu, 5 drops in morning
- Vitamin C 600mg 2 capsules 3 times per day
- Zinc 50mg 1 tablet once per day
- Selenium 200 mcg, once per day
Also consider some deep breathing exercises: inhale to the count of 10, hold for 10, then exhale. Repeat 10 times once or twice per day.
Besides supplements, homeopathic remedies can be used just like taking them for the flu. The best homeopathic remedy to take at the first sign of the flu is Oscillococcinum. If you need more help you would use the remedy that that fits your particular symptoms and emotions. Feel free to be in touch so that I can help in any way.
We are not through this yet, but considering the action we are all taking, chances are that there will be less illness spreading than there would be if we carried on without these changes. What a positive outcome we are creating!
