What You Believe – the Critical Factor
Most people seeking health solutions have physical ailments. Intuitively based personalized remedies are the answer people seek when they contact me. The priority I have is whether their belief systems line up with healing or maintaining illness. When belief systems are not in alignment with a healing mentality, remedies are not the priority. Changing beliefs and intuitive emotional healing must be done first. In this complete process, people understand more about how they got to the place of having the recurring illness from emotional healing that was needed and unresolved.
Recently, someone contacted me with concerns of mould and electromagnetic toxicity. They were told by previous healers that not only were they toxic from these pollutants, but they were exposed constantly and therefore unable to detoxify. So what they believed is that they were unable to get well. Once I realized how strongly they held this belief, I knew this was where their healing needed to start. Our world is full of mould as well as electromagnetism. If we believe these things are affecting our health by creating symptoms, we most likely would feel helpless about our future health.
A critical belief in wellness is that the world is a safe place – we are able to be healthy, and if we fall ill, we can regain our health at any time. There is an endless list of possible issues we can believe limits our health and well being. They may seem very physical. The best results I have had occur when the emotional, mental and spiritual beliefs are willingly shifted.
My healing strategy is to bring people’s power back by telling them the truth. The world is a safe place. Many toxins can affect our health, but we can recover.
There are three major components to consider in the healing of chronic issues. These need to be addressed, as any or all three may hamper or render ineffective many natural and allopathic treatments.
- There is the exposure to harmful agents and the symptoms they cause.
- There are emotional events occurring at the same time that create the weakness and opportunity for illness in the first place.
- There is an opinion given by an authority or a self created belief that healing these particular issues is not possible.
Traditional western medicine, as well as many forms of alternative medicine, is often guilty of seeing the symptoms, exploring the exposure to toxins, making a diagnosis and prescribing a treatment. Sometimes, this is enough and works well, but only if the patient believes the treatment will aid in their healing. If they don’t believe it will work, or can’t change that belief during the course of treatment, the probability of success is greatly reduced.
Often there is emotional trauma that is happening at the same time as the physical symptoms. In one case, a child experienced hay fever or seasonal allergies in the spring. The child was kept inside and not allowed to play with their friends outside during this time of year. That created emotional issues of feeling separate from others and being controlled by their parent. Allergy remedies did not help until the emotional issues from childhood were healed. Afterward, the allergy remedies had a great healing effect.
In another case, there was disharmony in the home between the parents. The child did not get any attention, until one day they were not being able to breathe properly. The parent immediately rushed them to the hospital. The child saw this as love and affection. The scenario was repeated many times over the course of the childhood. As an adult, their breathing issues could not be healed until they were aware of the need for love and affection they felt that brought on the breathing issues. Once aware, they changed their life to allow love in and their breathing issues were able to be healed with remedies.
In the case above, with mould and electromagnetic pollution, the person was going through a separation in their long term relationship and related financial issues. To heal the sensitivities to toxins, they are now healing the past relationship trauma as well as taking care of their finances. As all levels are beginning to feel balanced – emotional trauma, finances, knowing spiritually that the world is a safe place and they are able to heal – the symptoms are decreasing, with ultimate health and personal power returning.
It is a good idea first to check in on our own beliefs in many situations that compromise us, rather than immediately addressing the symptoms.
