Earth Changes and Personal Dynamics
The concept of Earth Changes has been recognized for a few decades. With solar eclipses, solar flares and increased hurricane intensity, we are experiencing many this season.
It may not seem obvious to those of us not directly physically affected, but we are all affected on many levels by the effects of Mother Nature. Because of this connection, we may find ourselves struggling with our lives and the bigger picture that we fit into: suddenly realizing life is not what we want it to be, or desiring a greater purpose, more love, security, happiness. We awaken, longing for change or feeling upset at how our life is.
It is important to realize we are going through our own version of Earth Changes, taking place internally. That realization can lessen the drama and panic we may feel. When our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies are out of order, we feel this and often conclude something is wrong with our lives. That can be our first awareness that we need to reflect. We are all shifting.
Earth Changes – You are Not Alone.
First, I want you to know that many people are going through big challenges. Knowing this will keep better perspective and decrease the intensity of what we perceive is wrong with our own lives. Go to higher ground, or take a step back to look at your life objectively. Take some time to do this.
Listen again to the lyrics of Michael Jackson’s Man in the Mirror.
When you return from the higher ground, do so with careful planning for the future. You have gone through this time to learn and shift with grace and ease. If the shift is significant, you may have been ignoring the signs around you for some time. If it feels overwhelming, try breaking down the shift into smaller shifts that can be made over a longer timeframe.
Think about what you can change easily that would bring comfort.
Second, If you realize your life is going along fairly well and you are just shaken up, go back to your life with consciousness and awareness of what you have and what you have created. Gratitude is a big part of happiness.
Consider the bigger picture and what you can do on a spiritual level.
And finally, try some spiritual practices like being in the moment, meditation, relaxing and enjoying a natural environment. Reconnecting to your heritage and ancestry can help. Knowing where you came from and the struggles of your ancestors can give you a much bigger picture. That can be done through research, reconnecting with relatives or past moment and/or past life regression. If there are areas of your life that need reconstructing, keep your eyes open and be accountable to yourself.
Even if you find that your life needs to be rebuilt from the ground up, know that this is the greatest shift possible, but it is indeed possible. Have courage; ask for advice. Keep company with positive people. Do something for yourself every day. Have comfort in knowing this too shall pass. If you are constructive with possibilities in this time, your life will be better for that. Understand cause and effect.
Earth Changes are inevitable, and our personal dynamics need to shift and change as the world around us changes. If we are uncomfortable, we need to take some action. Care for yourself, for others in your life and for the earth. We will all benefit and the world will be a better place.
