Research on Natural Cancer Cures
I spent part of last week listening to webinars about natural cancer cures. It was a series of 11 webinars called “The Truth About Cancer” created by Ty Bollinger. There is a web site and a Facebook page for “The Truth About Cancer.”
One of the most impressive speakers in the webinar series is Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez, who speaks of pancreatic enzymes and nutrition. I have studied Dr. Gonzalez and his work for a few years and now check to make sure my patients have proper pancreatic function.
Pancreatic enzymes are perhaps best known for their role as part of the human digestive system. The pancreas aids hormonal balance as well as digestion. Both insulin and glycogen are part of the hormonal balancing process.
Dr. Gonzalez’ research shows that pancreatic enzymes also keep cancer in check. Part of what I do is intuitively check these enzyme levels, ensuring they are being produced, released, and are operating effectively when I work with someone on their health.
Every presenter in “The Truth About Cancer” webinars talked of eating a healthy diet. I’ve been keenly aware of the link between diet and healthy pancreatic function as well as overall health and well-being. I created 3 videos called “Dine and Dash!” to cover a day of food choices and preparation. I can show you how eating healthy takes less time than it would take to eat out. The more you cook for yourself in a healthy way, the stronger your body and the easier it is to achieve your health goals.
Here are some health-promoting ingredients to include in your diet: vegetables (cooked and raw), protein, unprocessed oils, sea salt, tumeric, garlic and ginger – to name a few.
Here is my video for breakfast ‘dine and dash’ ideas. Lunch and Dinner will be included in upcoming newsletters. I hope you’ll see how quick and easy cooking can be.
