Wake up Refreshed
Wake Up Refreshed
There are some easy steps to wake up refreshed with lots of energy.
How: All the cells in the body produce metabolic debris. The blood carries it to the liver to detoxify. While you are sleeping the liver is busy cleaning the blood. The more efficient the liver is, the stronger the blood is and the more energy you wake up with.
The opposite is also true. Waking up tired is a symptom that the blood has not been cleaned.
There are many reasons for this.
If the liver is congested or the blood is overly toxic, the job may be too big.
Added Bonus: If the liver is more efficient, the body will also be able to improve many other functions like metabolism and immune function. Perhaps help with weight issues.
What to do: Here are some suggestions to help the liver get ahead.
1. Keep protein concentration low: red meat once per week at most, eliminate pork, and cheese.
2. Increase vegetables with each meal. Always have salad at lunch.
3. Minimize alcohol. Especially springtime which is the best time to detoxify the liver naturally.
4. Finish dinner by 6 or 7pm. The liver will have time to digest food before cleaning the blood at night.
5. Sleep 8 hours per night. Optimally, be asleep by 11pm.
6. Avoid exposure to chemicals and toxins. Anything taken in needs to be cleaned out of the blood by the liver.
7. Walking and movement is important. 30 minutes of exercise per day.
8. Relax more and enjoy life. That keeps the body and liver unstressed.
Instant feedback: Some people notice an improvement the first morning after making these changes.
